every effort to process and
transmit your order to the
manufacturer as quickly as
possible, you must realize
that we have no control
over the specific
manufacturer's in-house
shipping
system. In the
real world most retailers
order custom products and
then re-ship to the
customer. Due to our long
relationships with major
manufacturers, we have many
who ship direct to the
customer for us. This is a
definite convenience and
makes delivery. But being
realistic, No One
stocks the variety
of custom boxes we
offer.

If you
cannot wait for an
order, please do not
order.
> Do not
contact us for
tracking of custom
orders. It usually is
not available because
the manufacturer's do
not provide
it. Not
our choice but using
manufacturers for
direct shipping
provides faster
delivery.

Obviously you were told of any
conditions that might be unique to ordering a custom
product. But some additional questions sometimes
arise.
Question: Can I get tracking
for my box order?
Answer: NO - read above - no
tracking is available-you were informed before
purchase
Question: I have not received
any email communication except the invoice when I
ordered. How do I know my box order was processed?
Answer: If you got an invoice copy, that is all you will
receive. No further tracking is sent - read
above
Question: I want to contact the
manufactuer for tracking info?
Answer: No - Manufacturers do not communicate with
customers. - read above
Question: I've waited 3 days,
where is my box?
Answer: Read above-you were told delivery can take up to 21
days at times
Question: I've called and left
a message requesting my order and no one calls back?
Answer: No one will-all order status questions MUST be via the
web form-See Above-its a matter of privacy
A FACT OF
LIFE Our system isn't perfect but has served
thousands of customers each year and has for over a decade. If
you inquire about the status of an order, you will be told that
"your order was processed locally within
2 business days of submission. It was sent to the specific
manufacturer for their processing and shipping over which we
have no control." So after this point all we
will say is: "your order is now within
their shipping system and in transit to you."
This is the simple truth
and hopefully you appreciate that.
One Exception: if you paid with
PayPal and for some reason did not receive an invoice, call us
right away. Sometimes a customer misses the final link
after submitting paypal payment and never complete their
order. But, if you received an invoice in email, your
order was processed.
**Electronics purchased through our associated Amazon system
are not included in this policy. You'll find most electronics
in this system ship within 1 to 2 business days. See specific
items for details. You'll know if you purchase here because you
had to sign into Amazon for processing.
