We've been doing business on the web for over a decade. Before a customer can submit any payment information, he/she has to agree to our "terms of sale". No smoke and mirrors, no bull, just a straight forward presentation of our business policy.

Unfortunately, some customers click on and never read the statement. So this is a kind reminder of what you agreed to before your purchase. FYI: the credit card companies all appreciate this straight forward publication. Please read to bottom of page.

Customer Protection Plan

Warranty:

  ● All product sold on this site is guaranteed to be 'Brand New, Factory Boxed and if not covered by the Factory warranty, You WILL receive a parallel Store warranty for UP TO ONE FULL YEAR.

Shipping:

  ● Most Box orders are processed and transmitted for manufacturer processing within 2 business days*   
 
   >  Custom boxes can take up to 21 days for delivery in some circumstances. # (see Note below)
   Some orders are sent direct to our store for re-shipping 
    Custom Loading of boxes with subwoofers require additional handling time for shipment/installation/reshipping 
   Our shippers use UPS, FED Ex, USPS and have the option of using any secure shipping method
  ● Canadian Orders: We attempt to send all Canadian orders via USPS for customer convenience but this requires additional shipping/handling time.
  ● Our specialty is providing Custom Subwoofer boxes for our customers. We have many manufacturers and suppliers of these products. Please understand our suppliers/manufacturers do not always supply order tracking in a timely fashion. 
  ● Credit Card Orders and PayPal orders are processed and shipped ONLY to the Billing Address/Confirmed Address of the account owner. If you have a 2nd address on the account (CC only), you must contact us and supply contact information to your credit card provider for verification.
  ● We reserve the right to ship small items (ie: remote controls) via USPS. In which case tracking is not available.
  ● In the case of certain install accessories (ie adapters, converters, etc) we reserve the right to ship alternative brands. Most manufacturers produce these items under several brand names.
  ●
 Option of expedited shipping on all custom orders only effects product shipping from our location to you. It does not speed up the manufacturer's shipping time of custom orders. We do note encourage this option. No refunds of shipping fees
   ● Boxes/Enclosures are ordered direct from manufacturer's/distributors as order is processed locally.  Please do not call to see if custom boxes are in stock, We do not stock custom enclosures.

Returns:  Note: No Returns accepted without required RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE

  ● Returns on unopened products are accepted with a minimum 15% restocking fee (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).
  ● ALL Subwoofer Enclosures -Returns on unopened products are accepted with a 35% restocking fee (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).

 All Subwoofer Boxes "Store Loaded" with subwoofers are FINAL SALES - No cancellation of orders or returns possible under any circumstances
  ● ***Alarms, Security Products, Remote Starts, Replacement Remote Controls, Vehicle Specific Accessories -Not Returnable-see below

 Refunds:
 
   An unopened item may be returned for a period of 14 days from delivery. Our quality control seal(s) must not be broken
  ●
 *Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in exchange or refund credit.

Security:

 Adult Signature will be required for delivery on most orders and we ONLY ship to credit card or PayPal 'Billing or Confirmed' address on account. -NO Exceptions 
  ● We have a secure online communication system through which ALL communication concerning your specific order must be used. This protects the privacy of our customers.

Communication:

To protect your privacy, all communication concerning order status or customer support questions concerning your order must be via our secure online system. You will find links on every web site we service under Contact Info.

 

***Alarms, Security Products, Remote Starts

All Alarms/Remote Starts/Remote Controls sold on site are Brand New, Factory Boxed and come with all original Manufacturer's documentation. Buyer must accept the fact that the ONLY recourse for product repair/replacement of product is through the manufacturer ONLY. Once installation of this product has been attempted, the manufacturer may decline to service the system under warranty. This category of product is a FINAL SALE item
We publish this note because installing these products may involve unforeseeable challenges. We strongly Recommend professional installation. We do not provide any Tech Support.

Subwoofer Boxes:

# While we make every effort to process and transmit your order to the manufacturer as quickly as possible, you must realize that we have no control over the specific manufacturer's in-house shipping system. In the real world most retailers order custom products and then re-ship to the customer. Due to our long relationships with major manufacturers, we have many who ship direct to the customer for us. This is a definite convenience and makes delivery. But being realistic, No One stocks the variety of custom boxes we offer.

>  If you cannot wait for an order, please do not order.

>  Do not contact us for tracking of custom orders. It usually is not available because the manufacturer's do not provide it.  Not our choice but using manufacturers for direct shipping provides faster delivery.



Obviously you were told of any conditions that might be unique to ordering a custom product.  But some additional questions sometimes arise.

Question: Can I get tracking for my box order?
Answer: NO - read above - no tracking is available-you were informed before purchase

Question: I have not received any email communication except the invoice when I ordered.  How do I know my box order was processed?
Answer: If you got an invoice copy, that is all you will receive.  No further tracking is sent - read above

Question: I want to contact the manufactuer for tracking info?
Answer: No - Manufacturers do not communicate with customers. - read above

Question: I've waited 3 days, where is my box?
Answer: Read above-you were told delivery can take up to 21 days at times

Question: I've called and left a message requesting my order and no one calls back?
Answer: No one will-all order status questions MUST be via the web form-See Above-its a matter of privacy

A FACT OF LIFE
Our system isn't perfect but has served thousands of customers each year and has for over a decade. If you inquire about the status of an order, you will be told that "your order was processed locally within 2 business days of submission. It was sent to the specific manufacturer for their processing and shipping over which we have no control."  So after this point all we will say is: "your order is now within their shipping system and in transit to you."

This is the simple truth and hopefully you appreciate that.

One Exception: if you paid with PayPal and for some reason did not receive an invoice, call us right away.  Sometimes a customer misses the final link after submitting paypal payment and never complete their order.  But, if you received an invoice in email, your order was processed.


**Electronics purchased through our associated Amazon system are not included in this policy. You'll find most electronics in this system ship within 1 to 2 business days. See specific items for details.  You'll know if you purchase here because you had to sign into Amazon for processing.
